Working Nights Tip: Sleep is the Best Medicine for a Cold


Trying to get rid of a cold? Or, maybe you’re desperate to avoid the cold that is running rampant in your house? Well, make sure you get plenty of sleep.

Researchers in Germany have discovered that sleep strengthens specific immune cells and improves their ability of attaching to, and destroying, cells infected with viruses. Therefore, they recommend that if you want your immune system to fight off viruses and be strong, make sure you get your needed amount of sleep every day.
